Great fishing, plenty of golf, and a fine place for activities or relaxation.  All Units are 2 bedroom Oceanfront.  All units are complete with 2 TV's, VCR, microwave, fully equipped kitchen, patio and all the amenities you need to enjoy your stay at the beach.  Just bring yourself and your clothes. We have an oceanfront pool, BBQ Pit and shuffleboard court. Now offering wireless internet access. Laundry facilities on site.  And best of all, no cars on our beach!

Ground floor - all one level with a patio.
2nd floor - Townhouses with upstairs and downstairs with a patio.
4th floor - Penthouses with patio balcony, all one level.

Weekly and Monthly rentals only.  Weekly runs Saturday-Saturday or Sunday-Sunday.
All rates are subject to Florida Tax of 12.5% and are subject to change.
 



No Pets.
No subleasing of any kind allowed.
Clean up fee of $65.00 will be added to all rentals.
A deposit of $200.00 is required within 15 days to hold a reservation.
Forfeit deposit if cancellation is less than 30 days for a one week rental.
More than a one week rental requires a 60 day in advance cancellation.
Winter reservations require 90 day advance cancellation..
